Attorney Pamela J. Bailey
received her bachelor’s degree from Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, and her law degree from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is admitted to practice law in Montana and Pennsylvania.
From 1982 to 1987, Attorney Bailey
was a staff attorney for the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review of the Social Security Administration. In 1987, she began representing claimants who have been denied their claims for Social Security disability insurance and supplemental security income benefits. Attorney Bailey
is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR). She has presented on social security law to attorneys nationwide and locally. Attorney Bailey
is past-president of the Yellowstone Area Bar Association. Currently, she serves as president-elect of the Montana Bar Association.
